Keep reading to learn more about how this incredible 32-channel surveillance system from R-Series can work for you.

Why R-Series?

We have three main lines of video surveillance equipment at Nelly’s Security. So why should you choose R-Series? R-Series is our line geared toward beginners. It's quick to install, easy to use, and more cost-effective than other video surveillance equipment. These products are user-friendly enough for anyone to operate, regardless of CCTV experience.

Most cameras have a ton of features that many users never even use. Our R-Series line is streamlined, so you only get the features that you need. This way we're able to offer better prices on these products without sacrificing any quality.

These may not be the most feature-packed cameras we offer. But at the end of the day, R-Series is still a great brand of surveillance equipment. Especially for people with little to no experience with video surveillance technology. You can’t go wrong with these products.

The 32-Channel Network Video Recorder

While the cameras are the eyes of your surveillance system, the network video recorder (NVR) is the heart. This is where you will manage your cameras, view their live feeds, and record all their footage. This 32-channel NVR (32-NVR4k-2D-16P) is big enough to handle all of your turret cameras. Plus, with an 8TB built-in surveillance hard drive, you’ll have plenty of storage space for all your footage. If you find that you need more recording space, no problem. This NVR has seven additional hard drive bays, meaning you can have up to 64TB of stoarage space installed in this NVR at a time.

With the 8TB hard drive, you’ll be able to store a whopping 11 days of surveillance footage recording continuously 24/7; if you record only with motion detection or intelligent events, you’ll be able to increase your storage space to 22 days of footage.

This 32-channel NVR has a PoE switch in the back with 32 ports. This means you can easily install all of your cameras simply by running your Ethernet cables from each camera to the back of your NVR. This way you can get instant plug-and-play video. But sometimes 32 cables leading to one area can be an unorganized mess. So we've also included a commercial-grade IPCamPower 16 port PoE switch (the IPCP-16P2G-AF2). This way you can split up your cables, running 16 to your NVR and 16 to your PoE switch. Or you can use the PoE switch to expand your system up to 16 camereas. Keep in mind that if you do add additional cameras with your 16 port PoE switch, you will need a second NVR.
